Since the sack of Service Chiefs, I observe that our roads has been de-militarized which I think is very good for our democracy. Our roads are clear of those military checkpoints systemically instilling fears in our lives like it was done to our forefathers and my generation. I am happy because for this development because our children won't share in those threats posed by military presence in our society.

What has happened since he came to office is that his online soldiers are busy singing his praises and insulting Igbos. To them, the mere fact that he is alive means he is working.

For me, it too early to reach a conclusion or judgement. However early signs are not good and not promising.

I can only say like every human government, he rule will be largely injurious to the common man.

By the way, no one might do better. Nigeria's decay is deep, a result of several years of rot. To believe anyone will have a magical effect and undue or rollback this rot in even 4 years is wishful thinking. It's easier to keep deepening the rot than to undo it.
