I wonder o. The government should come to an agreement with labour for a wage increase. That is the minimum expectations on the part of government.

A proactive president will fish out the cabal & deal with them but not attack defenceless & helpless poor masses

Some farmers cannot bring their farm produce to the market these days

I beg to differ on this sir. Sacking oil workers will not make the life of an ordinary Nigerian any easier and you know it. Increasing the salary is the right thing. The moment petrol price increased, the cost of transportation increased; the pepper seller doubled her price; the children's school fees went up; the bricklayer increased his rate; cost of rice increased; photocopying increased... leaving the salaried employee powerless because he/she buys from the people who have power to increase the price of their goods while he/she couldn't increase his/earnings! It's very unfair and an upward review of salary is a must!

Exactly!

Guy nobody said they should not remove subsidy but in doing so also increase the minimum wage to the present realities. You can make our income worthless and still make us earn the same thing whereas themselves in govt are not cutting their salaries and allowances in solidarity with the masses. That is wickedness.Get sense
