Your Product Is Not Your Offer, Here's How A Proper Offer Should Look by justking(m): 8:43pm On Aug 02, 2023 |
Your product is not your offer I used to hear this a lot and it used to confuse me. I'm like.. What is the offer na? The people no dey explain am. It's actually easy to understand, but some people just like to confuse us with marketing jargon. So here's what an offer is; An offer is how you position your product to increase the perceived value. It is how you make your prospects see that they are getting more value than the money they are paying. For example you have a product... Say a Brazilian hair or Human Hair... A normal person will say "buy your original Human hair from us, we are the best in Nigeria. Price is 50 thousand naira only" Here's how a proper offer should look..... "Buy a brand new human hair from us and get a 250ml bottle of weavon oil and 100 difference hair styles idea for FREE. Price is 50 thousand naira only" The free "weavon oil and 100 difference hair styles idea" immediately increases the value of the human hair. So the customer is not just getting a human hair, but for no additional costs, weavon oil and 100 hair styles idea is also included. Good deal!... People will buy from you when they feel that they are cheating you or ripping you off. People like awoof. Find a way to give it to them without losing much money. You will make a lot of sales. |

No matter how low priced something is, it will always be out of reach of some people. Know & Understand The Value Of What You Offer... Reach Out To The Right Set Of People/Target Audience... Communicate Your Message To Them And See The Results... |
