They fill Rental Application forms which contains there-in Monthly salary/Revenue, Place of works and other financial records. I cross-check with their place of work. I do all these checks for every tenants I take. Anyone I can't verify, I simply disqualify the applicant.

You are right. Few months ago, I calculated the number of days remaining to my next house rent payments, divided the amount by number days and I began to drop N1100 every night. I still have three and half months to go as at today, thanks to Opay which makes automatic deductions possible.
Now, I don't even think I'm going to need that money for house rent again.

Owing a house isn't the ultimate,if i invest 50million in a house for instance,I can make 5million from renting 5 or 6 units of two bedroom but if invest same in one year into my business,I am sure to make a total of 28million from it. That is why when put together,I have hesitated to proceed in owing my house.
