2.He/She has served in the Armed Forces of the Federation or the
3.Nigeria Police Force for a period of more than nine months; or
4.He/She is a member of staff of any of the following:
a. The Nigerian Security Organization or
b. The State Security Service, or
c. The National Intelligence Agency or
d. The Defence Intelligence Service
e. He/She has been conferred with any National Honour.
