d. The Defence Intelligence Service
e. He/She has been conferred with any National Honour.

The bold you mention was for graduating student below 30 years. But we all interprete that differently and it's left for the court to interpret the lacuna before us.

There is another issue as you cannot take up a government appointment not approved or assigned by Nysc while still in service.

It's a two way disqualifcation for her.

Don't mention that corper do take job of adhboc staff but some of your supporters forgot to state that the inec adhoc staff were approved by Nysc before they could be appointed by INEC.

I know her ma'am, she was initially posted for service to Ebonyi state but she dropped out and didn't continue now that she felt she needed it because it already affected her when Buhari recommended her to the Senate for , exemption letter is totally different from service to the nation.

Hmmm... see d ruling class playing games. Time will tell!
Anyway, my understanding is dt d age limit of 30 yrs is at graduation cos some ppl finish on/before then, but wldnt return to their institutions for clearance for a couple more yrs& still get mobilised.
If ur assertion is true however, it means dt graduates who aren't interested in NYSC scheme can simply wait some yrs to cross d 30yrs limit to evade d service& get d exemption instead.
