That is not borrowing because we are not paying interest on that money..it’s just a forward sale contract whereby the bank has bought some amount of oil in the future..
We are only going to supply it oil in future..

Maybe we should go and read the terms of the loan again to get us more enlightened. NNPCL borrow to stabilize naira.
