I even thought you may have convinced the mods to move it to the front π. So, tried my best. I'm no expert cook. Since I wasn't certain what you meant by "ingredients," I just used sardines. Although, they pretty much dissolved. I enjoyed it anyway. mariahAngel: 1 Like

ibinaboonline: Yeah. The pictures I posted helped. To give the thread life and keep it going. I no longer my food pictures just anywhere. I value them too much. So, tried my best. I'm no expert cook. Since I wasn't certain what you meant by "ingredients," I just used sardines. Although, they pretty much dissolved. I enjoyed it anyway. You did pretty well. ππΌππΌππΌ Nice. Next time, you can try making stir fried suya noodles. It's easy to make, and very delicious. 2 Likes

Re: What Did You Cook Today? by ibinaboonline: 10:19pm On Sep 30, 2023 |
I'm male. I know ibinabo is a female name, but it was just the first word to come to mind when I was signing up. mariahAngel: |
Re: What Did You Cook Today? by mariahAngel(f): 10:31pm On Sep 30, 2023 |
ibinaboonline: Okay. You give off male vibes sha. So, for the stir fried suya noodles, the ingredients you will need are just suya (tell the Mallam to add extra suya spice to it), fresh peppers and onions. - Cut up your onions and fresh peppers, and set aside. - Make sure your suya is cut into smaller pieces. - Precook your noodles and drain like I stated earlier. (Make sure it's not too soft) - Add a little vegetable oil to your pan, fry your onions and peppers first, then add in the suya mixed with its spice, stir, then add in the noodles and seasoning, stir till well mixed. Your delicious suya noodles is ready. π Consider this your next test, before I teach you another simple recipe. |
