If you're posting plantain and turkey on this thread, you're either the kids of the middle class who are assisting our political elites/bourgeoisie steal money/exploit poor Nigerians instead of politicising their positions and boycott the bourgeoisie so everybody can live a life of dignity.

Or you're in tech/yahoo
Re: What Did You Cook Today? by ibinaboonline: 8:32am On Sep 30, 2023
I don learn. Will experiment today.
mariahAngel:

That one is stir fried noodles.

Just drop your noodles in already boiling water, once it's separated, sieve out the water and let drain. (Don't let it get soft)

In another pan, fry whatever ingredients you want in your noodles with little oil, then add the precooked noodles, and the seasoning, then stir till well combined.
Your stir fried noodles is ready.

I even thought you may have convinced the mods to move it to the front πŸ˜•.

So, tried my best. I'm no expert cook. Since I wasn't certain what you meant by "ingredients," I just used sardines. Although, they pretty much dissolved. I enjoyed it anyway.

Okay.
You give off male vibes sha.

So, for the stir fried suya noodles, the ingredients you will need are just suya (tell the Mallam to add extra suya spice to it), fresh peppers and onions.

- Cut up your onions and fresh peppers, and set aside.

- Make sure your suya is cut into smaller pieces.

- Precook your noodles and drain like I stated earlier. (Make sure it's not too soft)

- Add a little vegetable oil to your pan, fry your onions and peppers first, then add in the suya mixed with its spice, stir, then add in the noodles and seasoning, stir till well mixed.

Your delicious suya noodles is ready. πŸ™‚
Consider this your next test, before I teach you another simple recipe.
