Felt a bit like a proper chef today. Bon appetit.
mariahAngel:

Okay.
You give off male vibes sha.

So, for the stir fried suya noodles, the ingredients you will need are just suya (tell the Mallam to add extra suya spice to it), fresh peppers and onions.

- Cut up your onions and fresh peppers, and set aside.

- Make sure your suya is cut into smaller pieces.

- Precook your noodles and drain like I stated earlier. (Make sure it's not too soft)

- Add a little vegetable oil to your pan, fry your onions and peppers first, then add in the suya mixed with its spice, stir, then add in the noodles and seasoning, stir till well mixed.

Your delicious suya noodles is ready. πŸ™‚
Consider this your next test, before I teach you another simple recipe.

We should probably give the noodles a rest. I want to try a simple soup that won't take much of my time.

Okay, no stress. But I'm still open to learning more whenever you have a bit of time.
