Electrical engineers, electricians of nairaland.

Please explain how even though we are using the same transformer, light gets damaged for only one part of that area, sometimes only one building is affected (having extremely low voltage or even no power at all). And this issue keeps repeating itself no matter how many times the power is repaired (always same building/same part of the neighborhood).

If the load on the transformer is too much , there will be low voltage in some areas .

Transformers have many phases.

If some have normal voltage while others have low voltage or no light, it means one or two phases are bad.
