But a couple of years ago, I went on a naked bike ride here in Chicago with a hundred other nude individuals and that helped me mentally disconnect some from that bad upbringing that attached shame to the body. I was raised by a religious mother who attached shame to unclothedness and still does but I continue to work to counteract that programming to this day so that someday I can finally be free to go naked even in front of my kids without second thought. That is what my response would be.
