You beat me to it. That was dangerous. I once dry fasted for 3 days. When I broke my fast, I feasted on fufu and some delicious soup. That nearly killed me.

One month dry fasting is suicidal. That’s not healthy in any way. I know another lady that tried that, not sure how long she fasted for. She was very religious and was also praying and apparently seeing visions. This lady nearly died…she was temporarily blind, couldn’t walk or bear weight. It took the intervention of a medical doctor and physio to get her back to health.

I don't understand what maturity has got to do with this. Noodles is not the kind of food you break a fast as long as 30 days with. What she should start with is food/fruits that the body can easily and quickly digest because the digestive system has been idle for a period and should not be bombarded with food that will take another 3 hours to digest. Custard/pap/tea and lots of water are things she could start with. Avoid acidic foods/fruits since the stomach wall is kind of sensitive at the moment.
