One can only live up to 3 days which can vary according to research with water. Now she maybe taking her bath which is another way the body can absorb water. However staying without water can lead to so many complications. As for food, one can live up to 21 days depending on vary factors.

This is the comment I have been waiting for. It's obviously not a dry fast. Maybe she abstained from food but definitely not water. A person would be dead in 10 days without water except on rare cases.
