How is that to you?
- the Population is 14-Millions,just half of Lagos,so you can't do anyhow - you will be arrested.
-All they want is your Money and once it's collected, you are finished! Remember how one failed Nigerian Minister ( Dezani) ran to Barbados or one Republic) to buy Citizens because she doesn't want to face Justice in Nigeria but today she is back in UK Court- and will likely face deportations there!
- You can't be free- unlike Nigeria( freedom of Speech,free Press, Religion, Association) is not Free and you will be sent to Prison - just ask Ethiopia in Transit - Crossing in their Country,as many Nigerians are in jail,if you don't have $5000 to part with and their Policemen are More Corrupt than you can think of!
- You are free to go but nothing again is free in this World o!

If am not a nigerian I will not visit Nigeria even with free ticket free accommodation ,where will I go in nigeria ? Yes, it is the cleanest or one of the cleanest country in Africa, Security is top notch, other than that, SME's, or doing business or other macroeconomic activities to make profit in Rwanda is zero, There is high extreme poverty like Nigeria, as a foreigner, you are policed and monitored all the time, so many INVESTORS have moved to neighboring EAC COUNTRIES cheesy

I may not agree with Kagame's philosophy of leadership observed through the lens of extant democratic parameters, but there's no doubting Paul Kagame is one of Africa's visionary leaders. His score card may be low in the area of democracy, but he scores highly in sustainable development, growth and innovation that has revamped one of Africa's smaller economies into a budding regional giant after the throes of the ill-famed genocide. Therefore, I toast to his success and without hesitation, wish him many more successful years in office.

Ps: The saying goes that unless broken, there's no need to change a working (or winning) system.

Possible side effect will be free movement of terrorist but if they can put good security measures in place, that will be of help.
