... someone said there are basically three main reasons as follows

1. to someone who bloated your ego

2. to someone who did a job appropriately to ur satisfaction

3. to someone in need who also gave u services

lets take the bank for example, we have the security personnels, the tellers, the customer care and other management staffs...i find it weird that most people including the below average income ppl love to ignore the security section guyz who are low in income and more in need and these guyz usually assist them during difficulty at the ATM and even help them with lots of bank info outside, yet they abandone them and march forward to far earning in-house bank staffs and for many, management staffs who earn twice of their own income to giv them tips..? i find it weird..



so for you, why do u give tips...? and who do u giv at the bank if any..?
