No pictures of the road or market.

I hope it's not that mansion that is the market?

Any news about how Soludo’s government has improved the number of children in free Anambra schools with professional teachers and other staff like librarians, laboratory technicians, coaches etc

Very commendable...they need to finish outdoor flooring to prevent future erosion..If Govt can encourage and support individuals, they will do wonders. If I was a Gov, I will go out every week to honor those investing and commissioning things in my state that is not State Gov projects. That alone will galvanize people to do more every year...that will be 52 projects per year...416 projects if the Gov stays 8yrs in office. It could be roads, school, hospital, borehole..just put out a memo that it must be a multimillion Naira project lol

YungDon:
Anambra State Governor, Charles Soludo has commended the developmental effort of the Chairman of Diamonds Leed Limited, High Chief Kenneth Ifekudu OFR Agbalanze as he unveils some community development interventions in the State, stating that it is one of the individual efforts the State needs to move ahead.

Agbalanze Ifekudu whose projects include a massive mansion, community market stalls including several community roads were unveiled in his hometown, Ozubulu, Anambra State, was commissioned by the Governor.

The project commissioning which coincides with the housewarming of his new mansion at Ifekudu’s country home was witnessed by some top Anambra State government officials and indigenes. They include Chief Chinedu Madubuko (De Chico Group), Senator Tony Nwoye, Senator Osita Ngwu, Hon. Nwaobosi, Hon. Idu, Hon Prof. Lilian, Hon Chinwe, Hon Peter, Hon Maureen, Hon Chinedu, among others.

Besides Ifekudu’s giant stride in bringing life and developmental interventions in his country home, the billionaire businessman graced the mansion unveiling with an exotic Rolls Royce phantom car to the admiration of his business associates.

The exquisite castle of High Chief Agbalanze Ifekudu who was recently conferred as the Ifechukwu Nnewi is located at Ozubulu in Anambra State.

Among his close associates who showered encomium to his community projects include Obinna Iyiegbu (Cubana Group); Anambra State Commissioner of Police; Members of Pinnacle International, Imperial Family, Ozubulu Unic club, Asian Tigers, Crystal Friends club, Men of Honours, Ozubulu Ezue and a host of other prominent dignitaries.

They extolled his giant stride adding that Igboland needs more people like Ifekudu to bring back to the Eastern State, such a development that will help the state grow.

High Chief Kenneth Ifekudu was born in the West and the ideology of giving back to his roots, has been instilled in him from his youthful days. A business demigod addicted to successes and wins, and same time, a unique leader who has mastered the art of getting the best KPI's from human resources.

A staunch believer of the gospel of His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu (GCFR).

Divination has already revealed that, only Agbalanze can lead Anambra out of the wilderness and generational setback's.

I'm not hating. As you can also see there is no evidence of the roads said to be constructed

Nigerian government is a very stupid thing. Someone will build something. You will drag you dead body over to 'commission' it.

Shameful. What has the governor done for the state? A private individual has done more than the government.

Soludo shouldn't have gone to an uncompleted project. Is it a pig farm? I mean he or he and his sponsors tried, but this is uncompleted. In a sane place, this will not pass approval for opening.

We igbos, need to start forcing our selves to be above mediocre, way above mediocre. We have learnt rubbish ways from the others. Teaching future igbos below average things; gloating for mediocre. thereby tarnishing our great tribe.

We need to be planning for rain and other drainage, we need to be planning against fire spread, then we need to have plans for the people that will work there, and those that will visit. What kind of walkway will you put?, Are you planning on motorcycles packing that whole place? or will they have a designated area, and then cars? What about shop delivery and temporary storage?

We just don't think anything through. And if one born fool*sh basta*d quote me here to ask wetin I dun do? I say your family are condemned in advance. Is it everything that viodemus will do. So many archaic people in this useless country. They travel out but they don't absorb good techniques and logic, all they do is think of criminal acts.
