Absolute rubbish. Tinubu has forgotten he promised the so called Mines Police would be operational by October 2023. That was 3 months ago. https://www.nairaland.com/7827641/solid-minerals-contribute-50-per#125563475 https://www.nairaland.com/7828478/dele-alake-unveil-nigeria-solid#125578179 Some of us are keeping score. Dele Alake read the riot act to illegal miners in September last year - with big, high sounding promises about what the Mines Police would do to criminals and anyone operating outside Nigeria's mining laws. A quarter of a year later and Tinubu is still mulling over what he mulled over last year. No doubt, he'll still be mulling over things in September 2024, a full year after mulling began initially. |

A commendable security plan would be restructuring to state police to save lives and not focusing on saving minerals to loot. Amoda is clueless. Tunjikam: |
