There are supposed to be special unit of the police specially trained and kitted to handle situation likes this e.g MOPOL. This one job is supposed to radio the unit responsible and act as first responder. He definitely does not have the requisite training or tools to respond to the situation.

That man wasn’t hiding. Only fools would calm him a coward. He was doing the right thing and taking cover behind those block fence.

He should be holding his weapon correctly though in readiness for any opportunity to shoot back at the so called robbers.

Those calling him Cowards are sick in the head...
This is an Officer who taking an outstanding cover in order to obtain a clean headshot.
So, most of you Guys expected him to openly confront them or run into them...
Too much of Commando & Rambo dey worry you Guys.

My only dissatisfaction with him is, he doesn't appear to be in position of action for any eventuality, although it's only just one picture

You're a lying coward.

Those people at risk are not ''Nigeria''.

They are human beings and your neighbours, you devil.

Just admit you don't give two shiits about risking your life for anybody, and leave ''Nigeria'' out of your rubbish..

Tomorrow you will rush to church to ''praise Jesus''.

Nigeria is in the deepest shi.t, we don't only have bad leadership, we also have bad and evil followership who are willing to support and defend evil shocked. They will complain when leaders are not doing their duties, but will support followers who are not also doing their duties embarassed. This coward police officers signed up for cases like this, he is being paid for cases like this, he will kill a motorist for not paying N100 road block illegal money, but will run away when armed robbers are operating embarassed shocked

Sorry, you don't know history. He is a run away police just like Biafra soldiers. Ojukwu ran away, Kanu ran away, Ekpa ran away. West are always bold to confront whatever. West conquered Biafra by entering your territory in Enugu to surrender when ojukwu followed backyard to run away. Just only one phyton dance, kanu already escaped back to London after he was smuggled out like a fake container. Ekpa has vowed to die in Finland, and never to come back to Ebonyi or South East Nigeria again. So Biafrans are cowards and not south west based on history
