First of all, I don't know what powers the Nigerian Army has to declare anyone wanted? Does it mean that the Navy, Airforce and civil defence can get up tomorrow and declare people wanted? The job of the military is that of external security, not internal security. They have no investigative powers and they cannot charge people to court. It is the Police, DSS and those involved in internal security that declare people wanted, they can charge to court

When the Nigerian Army declared wanted the self styled 'Prime Minister Of The Biafran Government In Exile', Simon Ekpa, I laughed. How can the Nigerian Army engage in such worthless propaganda and PR stunt, and make a mockery of its self?

Everyone knows where Simon Ekpa is, many people can show you his house in Laht, Finland, he is not in hiding. How can you declare someone who is out the open, in another country, wanted in Nigeria? Do these people think that Simon Ekpa is planning to come to Nigeria any time soon?

If you want Simon Ekpa, follow the extradition laws of Finland and request for his repartration to Nigeria. But of course the Nigerian government knows this would be a waste of time as no European country ever repartriate its own citizen to a country with such bad human rights record as Nigeria

The Nigerian Army should realise that Nigeria is in the top 10 most insecure countries on earth, they should be trying to improve the situation, not engage is worthless propaganda. This year, over 130 farmers have killed in Benue State alone by people who want their lands, that's more than those killed in the same period in the entire South East as whole

It is not about indiscriminately arresting people, taking them into the Bush , taking pictures, and claiming to have bursted a non existent ESN camp, just to look good. This helps nobody

If you want to fight insecurity, leave propaganda and fight insecurity

Don't worry, the Nigerian army won't charge Biafria terrorist to court. They will send them to the other side or arrest and hand them over to DSS/Police.

Army can be used for domestic services too like the national guard in the USA.

Didn’t The Federal Government know Nnamdi Kanu’s house & ipob headquarter in East London when he was a fugitive on the run?

Other terrorists tribesmen on the wanted list have have not come out to complain.

Always Igbo? Why.

Let me answer your question professionally. In international politics, laws don’t exist but power does. The Nigerian army can declare anyone wanted but the capacity to bring such person to book is the question.

A powerful country can take out anybody however in the case of Ekpa, he is a Finish Citizen so Nigeria can at best rant because our military has not the courage nor the capability of striking a Finish citizen in Finish soil and Ekpa is smart enough not to step his foot in Nigeria or any other weakling country without proper intelligence.

Having said that, Nigeria military which is the defense wing of the Nigerian government have the right to declare even the president of America wanted but the extent to which that can be realized is the difference between wishful thinking and reality.

Let him come to Kenya or any Africans country like Nnamdi Kanu. However, the coward is still smarter than Nnamdi Kanu and has refused to leave Finland.

I think you missed the part were the declaration was made in fulfude.

I think its the Fulani Army speaking fulfude that declared the man wanted. Fulfude is not even an official Language in Nigeria.
