I don't really know how to start, but lemme begin with my experience so far, it was way back in 2003 when my dad died. I was barely eight then,there was this funeral of one of my uncle, after that funeral my dad died in the early morning of the following day. Phone was not really access back then(atleast for us), so in order to get a message to someone you do have to do it directly or indirectly true someone.
So am still baffled each time I remember how my Aunt who was married to A town atleast 25 kilometers from our own Villa came that morning without any one telling her that my dad died, her reason been a dream she had that night, she said she saw my dad in a very ominous place and he was covering his face and didn't want to talk to her, so she came to see if he was sick.

For me, been the favorite child of my dad, I continued to see him throughout that year that he died, always chasing me around in dreams. Mom said I must never let him catch me,that he wants to take me with him. It continued through the years but at a point he stopped chasing me around, he only looks at me, laughs sometimes smiles or talks when I see him now.

With all the above and many more similar expediences, I believe in an after life.

There's nothing like an afterlife. It's what we humans like to think as a lot of people can't fathom a state of nonexistence. In religion, this concept is also used to deceive and manipulate people. Nobody has died and come back to life to tell tales of an afterlife. Once you're dead, that's it. It's just like how it was before you were born. You didn't exist. Same thing when you die.

Learned people can believe in nonsense too. Those "learned" people have not died to know that there's an afterlife, neither can they prove it.
Pastor Chris once said 5G was killing people and a lot of learned folks believed him.

There's nothing called RAPTURE in God's word what we have is RESURRECTION!

Doesn't mean anything. Just a coincidence if the story is true. And it's also not a proof of an afterlife. The story doesn't even indicate that.

No religion including Christianity in all it's forms have been able to convincingly tell us after death. Personally, I have been doing research on this topic reading and watching documentaries on the topic. All are giving conflicting reports. Islamic afterlife is different from Christian's. Eckanker and Grail Message and Hinduism share some level of same characteristics..

Judaism is obtuse to what both Christianity and Islam believe. JWs own, though different from others does not make any scriptural sense to me.

I have a book titled Life After Life, I read through and make a little sense for first day to few years and the whole thing seems nonsensical.

However, there was this fellow, Ezambi, I think a Cameroonian, who shared an experience with me how he used to have meetings with departed family members, even people his grandparents only knew.
Back in school then, he saw me as a serious Christian brother and shared the experience, himself not knowing the reason for such meetings. Myself, I could not produce an answer than the popular, it is appointed unto man once to die........'
Similar to the point about is a chapter in Kenneth Erwin Hagin's book, 'The Triumphant Church ' when he claimed to have seen some old members of his family's in a vision.
