Sijo01,"fall hand" doesn't mean to underrate,it more like disappoint or embarrass.

ur translation is right.
it depends on d term u using it 4my dear.

E.g. I dey cast 4u say i go fit slap jonathan & am convinced abut it, even witin u, u ar convinced also but u dey doubt.
As am abut 2slap him, u quickly ask me 2stop ' saying i know u can do it but waz jst pulling ur legs'

Jand = The United Kingdom

Yank = The United States of America

Waka = Depends on the context in which its used; could mean "travelled" or "Gone" e.g Ehn don waka enta Jand now now. (He just travelled/left for the U.K now). . . . And can also be an insult when used alone; e.g Waka!! meaning an insult of some sort.

Winston = A young girl

Wor wyt = An ugly girl.

Blockus - pe'nis

Oboy, I wan tidy that babe = I will love to have se'x with that girl.

Now if you are a Port-harcourt person, Pidgin english gets even more twisted. Example

Sheriff = Shirt. e.g; This your sheriff make. = Your shirt is nice.

Bar = Money. e.g; Oboy square me small bar = Please give me some money.
