Contributing to the world is far from football this, football that, Contribution should rather be considered by it's impact to development and betterment of human kind. For instanc, let me pick Germany as a subject. Germany has more than 20 inventors, Henrish Hertz is among top German inventors. Hertz was the first man to demonstrate the effect of electromagnetic radiation which forms the fundamentals of commuication today and the only reason why Nairaland, MTN, NTA, Arik Air, exist. In his honour, the standard measurment for radiating speed is called HERTZ. 1MHz=1 million Hertz, ie. 1 million cycle per second. Now how many inventors do Nigeria have |

Observer1: Its good for foreign relations. If your culture has a major stake in the worlds entetaintment industry iit positively shapes the opinions and views about such in other countries. For example, if the world loves dbanj, the world loves nigeria. The world hates hitler so the world despises germany, Possibly the reason why the world should but doesnt hate america, just thinkin aloud. |
