Never bought one in my life but started buying Hints\Hearts magazines in JS1,wish i could ask them for my money back now,my dad buys paper atleast 3 times a week and i read those.

Why on earth would l buy Newspaper, in 2012?
When l can read all the Newspaper l want (including Magazines) ONLINE!
(Am even surprised that this question was raised!)

I hear a lot of Newspapers are running at a loss and closing down nowadays! grin
The smart ones amongst them have diversified into E-Newspaper and make their money through online adverts, pay-per-click and stuffs like that.
Even "Seun" sef dey make money, each time we come here to "vent our spleen" (and possibly waste precious time!).

Thats how the world is: The Smart ones and the "Muguns" like me! grin

Jokes aside, Print Newspaper is archaic right now, and does damage to the "green environment".

My brother trust me they really helped me a lot,i actually started reading them in primary 3 or so (my big cousins bought them)even though i didn't understand all what was being said but it was quite insightful.smiley
