Information is more valuable. With information you can make as much money as your information can produce.

Money is power, no doubt, with money you can buy almost everything.

Information gives knowledge and knowledge is power. With a good knowledge you not only make money but you can control those with money that are clueless.

Lemme put it another way, with knowledge you cannot go back to being ignorant/clueless even if you don't have money, but money without knowledge will be wasted and then poverty comes. Also you need more than money to have knowledge, so technically, you cannot buy knowledge, but you can 'rent' it by paying those who have it, how far that will carry you depends on how much money you have and what those with knowledge are willing to charge you.

Put a poor knowledgeable man together with a clueless man than just won a lottery/inheritance of N1B, all other things being equal, chances are that in 10yrs time the knowledgeable man will sill be knowledgeable but now rich and the clueless lottery winner will still be clueless but now poor.

To reiterate Yamakuza, both are important. You need both to survive in this era we live in, but you need one more than the other. Money at the end of the day will achieve the result you want, better than information. We live in the information age, and the people who makes the big bucks are people with access to quick information. All your hedge funds, equity traders, forex traders, bankers, marketers, and other business people thrive on information. Information on where to buy low, strategy, and others. But your information will be useless if you cannot execute your plan due to lack of capital. Idea alone cannot turn into running business, it requires funding. Money on the other hand can buy idea and turn it into running business. Lets take the stock market for example; assuming you get a first hand information that First Bank wants to acquire Access bank at 50% premium over their current price. The information will be useful only if you have the fund available to accumulate access shares. If you don't, the information will be useless. On the other hand, you can easily sell the information to someone who can/will monetize it.

Information alone - fund = Information in its original form
Money + (bought information) = Desired result

I just chuckled when I read this. It's really a tough one. Your money can buy you whatever
information you need and your information can make you money. But I honestly thing it is easier
for you to get information when you have the money than it is for you get money when you have information.

Don't forget, that information's can suddenly become worthless, may be faulty/false,
may not archieve desired results, and easily escape to the public and above all
need money to be executed. A billion dollar worth of information may be worth just
a million because not everybody will want to take the risk. LOL!!! You even need money
to look good and believeable before you can present certain information otherwise you
will tagged and idiot!!!!

Money of the other hand in this case is almost risk free(or the end product of the above). Once you have it in
