they will ask u mainly about what you have done. ur work experience in NYSC, other work experiences u have, stuffs abt GSM, other technical questions related to GSM

@1supremo. I did my interviews in Nov and dec.the last one I did , I was given a form to fill before seeing the HR head. It was very smooth and cozy.but right from dec till date we havnt heard anythn from them o. I know the next stage is with the board of directors but no one has been called and its getting really frustrating. I just want to find out if the process took this long in your case ?

I think I need to alert you to the fact that "Technical" is not the only department at Globacom. If the board of directors keep gathering every day to conduct final interviews for each of the various departments in the company, when would they have the time to do other important things?

You can't judge how long it's going to be for you by how long mine was. I asked several colleagues who were employed at the same time with me how long their interviews spanned; one told me all the three stages were conducted for him in the same month of October. Mine was May, then June and finally October. Most people started theirs in March and completed it in that same October. There were exceptional cases though, a guy was called for the final interview in 2011, he couldn't come and he was invited again in 2012- over a year later. There was a guy who had forgotten all about Globacom and was suddenly called for the final interview 3 years after the second interview- worst case scenario. I think they wait until there are a sizeable number of candidates on queue before the big boys are summoned to conduct interviews for the leaders of tomorrow. (The day my final interview was conducted, there were about 100 of us: about 50 rookies like me and another set of specialists.)
