You can't bro.

You'll need TRCN Certificate. TRCN will only write the letter of Professional standing if you've a TRCN Certificate/Licence.

I need guidance pls. I have a non-teaching degree but already acquired a NTI PGDE and a TRCN certificate. Do I need to provide transcript for the PGDE in the application too?
For your transcripts and proof of language, did you upload online by yourself or your institutions sent it over to UK DoE?

You'll upload all the documents yourself on their portal including your transcript and proof of English proficiency.

If you intend to include your PGDE qualification, you'll be required to upload a copy of the transcript for the PGDE.

Otherwise, UK isn't requesting for PGDE to issue you a QTS, it's TRCN Certificate that is required by TRCN to enable them write the mandatory letter of Professional standing for you.

Unfortunately, you cannot apply at this time... Only science subject such as biology, chemistry, mathematics and physics can apply.. and you must also have education background like B.edu or nce, PGDE ... Without this requirement it's a waste of time to join the group.
