This "COVID-19 holiday" is really exposing many illegal withdrawals being made by some corrupt entities.
From Ondo 4.3B Naira to Rivers 118B Naira. This is getting interesting!

On the flipside, Zenith Bank has alot of Federal money in their "customers" accounts in every of their branches o!
Zenith Bank is the headquarter of money laundering in the South East and Nigeria. They single handedly installed the present governor of Akwa Ibom state because of the huge debt Akpabio accumulated and the need to ensure continuity and cover up for repayment... So Akpabio unwillingly complied. The rest is history.

[s]the drama that efccc keeps putting up is the reasons for their constant failure in court
each time magu's position is called to question, he either discovers money abandoned in a particular location or he leaks contents of efcc's supposed investigation to the press so as to divert the peoples attention from the ills going on in efcc. [/s]
Trash

if efcc serious it should investigate the spendings in the ministry of humanitarian affairs

Because according to you, that's only place corruption is going on. It doesn't matter to you if a single person in Rivers state government house withdrew close to 100 billion naira over the years! Una go get sense one day

Incredible. Beyond belief. How do you withdraw 118 billion in cash. Do banks actually store that amount of money and if so why. And why should banks be allowed to dispense such humongous amounts especially in this regime of hightened insecurity. All tbose involved including the bankers should be arrested and prosecuted. No one handling such amounts can be up to any good. They are all criminals evading the electronic trail.

The people of Rivers should wake up and start asking their government some serious questions. Their future is being stolen right before their eyes. Wike should start preparing himself for prosecution once his immunity is over.

remember to also ask your state question because same thing is happening in every state

Such a pity that some miscreants are defending this because it is a PDP state.

You are no different from the APC rogues. Both of you are birds of the same feather.

You don't want a better Nigeria. You just want your brother to be in charge of stealing

Why did it come up now? Is it bc Wike has been attacking Buhari over the pandemic?

No one is against investigation and arrest of thieves in govt. But charity begins from home. When will this Buhari attack dogs check the bullion van withdrawal during the last election? Do u know how much a bullion van can carry? Does it not contravene the max 5m cash withdrawal policy EFCC was quoting above?

The present minister Disaster mgt has been shown recently moving and sharing billions of Naira notes to almajiri in the name of palliatives, does that not contravene EFCC money laundering policy as they quoted?

Gandollar was caught on live camera pocketing wads of dollars bribe? When will EFCC investigate that?

Let Buhari lead by example and not anyone that tackles him. He sends his attack dogs. That's not corruption fight.

LOLZ. THE ZOMBIE YOU ARE QUOTING WON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE SAYING. ZOMBIESM IS A PLAGUE WORSE THAN VIRUS, FIRST IT TOUCHES THE BRAIN OF THE VICTIM AND RESETS IT, SO WHEN THE VICTIM TALKS YOU WILL KNOW THAT SOME NUTS NEED TO BE TIGHTENED UP.

It was gathered that the cash withdrawals were made between 2015 and 2018 with Siminalayei alone allegedly collecting over N70billion over the counter about 35 times in 2016 and 94 times in 2017.

The same suspect allegedly withdrew N16.297billion from the bank in cash in 2015.

Some of the withdrawals from the counter include the following cash payments by Siminalayei: N750m((9/1/16); N830m(11/4/16); N930m(11/7/16); N980m(10/11/16); N850m(7/11/2016); N980m(10/11/16); N550m(11/11/16); N700m (13/1/17); N680m(7/3/2017); N630m (12/5/17); N800m (2/1/2018);N500m(15/5/17); N750m(18/1/18); N760m(22/1/18); and N925m(3/2/2018) among others.

This guy deserves nothing but to be put in prison for the rest of his life with every currency and properties he ever owned be taken away from him. But since EFCC couldn't locate him, I assume he's already in USA or Bahamas. This one is Dasuki's apprentice

The moment you have any issue with federal government, they will throw search light on you and expose any shady deal. What about the palliatives the federal government said they supposed to share? Where is the money? That one will not be investigated. Both federal, state and local government executive are all thieves. The people suffering are the poor masses that voted them into power. Meanwhile, it's our Commonwealth.

This is one of the reasons why Nigeria is not developed, state governors and their cohorts diverting their state's finances for personal use. Huge amounts of money that would have been used to develop the state squandered by unscrupulous elements. Indigenes of various states looking the other way when their governors are looting them dry but are calling for the President's head.

Na Dem Sabi oo,last last if politicians no see any money embezzle again, Dem go sell the country....

Meanwhile lot of youths are out there preparing to write their jamb exams and many have graduated with no job or anything tangible...
While politicians have already embezzled their future and that of their generations future....

That's to show no matter how u embezzle money if u keep on cheating people u will still remain poor.Take for example i checked Dangote's networth of recent, apart from being the richest in Africa,he is barely struggling in the Forbes Top 100 richest people. As of 2013 he was the 30th richest person in the world but now he is 85th richest person in the world...

That's to show this country is already crippled with all the sugar, cement, salt and refineries bla bla even Jeff Bezos ex-wife is richer than him. A lot of people are wallowing in poverty and this government doesn't seem to care, they just keep embezelling...

If u like steal as much as u can,as long as the people around u are poor,u also is poor...

Don't set a wrong antecedent, it will come back to hunt you!!!

Wike is only following the footsteps of Buhari!!! cheesy grin grin

What has happened to the Abacha's loot

Didn't he (Buhari) shield Ganduje, Baru, Babachir Lawal, Tinubu

Or does 2 bullion vans in ones resident not violate any rule

What this is telling us is that this government is not fighting crime but the opposition!!!

Modified

Where was this your typing skills when the youth of this country wrote a petition against Tinubu Has anything come out of it

Couldn't it have served as a deterrent to people like Wike

The truth is that if Wike and Co don't loot, the FG will reloot it, FG is just pained because they don't have share in it!!!

People like you and I cannot do anything cause those who are supposed to represent us are just there doing nothing!!!

Who suffers this in the end? Definitely not Buhari nor Daura people but people of rivers. Turn blind eye on your governors & put all the blames on Buhari looting going on in your state. Turn blind While your governors loot your state dry. Las las Buhari go dey alright & oil go finish & we shall see who pays for it. Zombie!
