Satan knws that just A WORD 4m the man of God(whether boring or not) can transform our lives 4 good,therefore he will do everything to distract us in church!
I will say before u leave your house in the morning,pray to god against all distraction and everything that will hinder u from being blessed! Most times the problem is not with the service bt the problem is always with US!!!

Ayatullah: I have read a lot of posts on how Christians cope with boredom in church and I feel really sorry for my Christian brothers, I suffered what you are suffering now while a Christian, but thanks be to Allah who Has saved me from listening to lie-lie pastors who cook up stories, well that's what you get when you are practicing a man-made religion. How can one get bored in the pesence of an Imam who is reading pure revelation from the Quran that is full of wisdom, my Christian brothers this boredom will continue to be your lot untill you pick up the Quran and see the secrets of creation, then shall you liberate yourself from boredom and confusion. Islam is the real deal.

dirtymoney: dealing with a boring service has never been my problem. the cell phone thing is outdated. lately, wearing dark sunglasses in church is becoming trendy. so i dont miss my rayban eyeglass every sunday. all i do, is just to put it on. tilt my head backward a little, still facing the pastor...... close my eyes behind my shades and do my thing. d disadvantage of this is.... u might get startled by the thunderous 'amen' or wake up when the grace is being shared or if u dey sleep like olodo... u fit fal
