I am so sorry that you feel that the doctrines of self appointed men of God are the Truth. I am so sorry that many of you (who are likely Christian no more) were raised with fear, domination and retribution. I am so sorry that you are shunned when you question a fellow human being, who is only better than you because they say they are, not because they actually are.

I am so sorry that you are bullied into giving your ten percent, even though you may not have ten percent to give without making your family suffer. I am so sorry that you are taught that you have to stay in an abusive marriage to please God. God loves you! So much, my friend. He wants so much better for you than an abusive spouse or, indeed, an abusive parent. He doesn’t gasp in horror the instant you sign the divorce papers or walk away from a parent who has bruised your soul your entire life. He knew long before your divorce, that the marriage had failed and that it was through no fault of your own. I am so sorry that you are told otherwise, that you are ridiculed and judged by men who have no place judging or ridiculing you for your decision.

I am so sorry that you are taught that you have to be cruel to be kind to those who you love. I am so sorry that you feel insurmountable pressure to do as you’re told by men who have no authority over you other than their own self appointed authority in the name of God. I am so sorry that you fear God, that your faith is based in fear, that you feel you will be eternally punished for being human. I am so sorry that these men, who preach of the fruits of the spirit, who preach of the love of Christ, will then manipulatively turn around and use Christ’s love to get you to do things that are in their own interests.

I am so sorry that the burden of blame is laid upon you when you doubt. As much as your pastor tries to convince you that there is a problem with you when your faith is tested, I can assure you that your doubt stems from a much deeper, instinctual knowledge that what your pastor is teaching you is in opposition to God. I am so sorry, that you, a victim of greed and narcissism, are blamed for someone else’s mistakes and false doctrines. That you are blamed because of the unkindness of others. That you are made to doubt because your faith is not in accordance with the agenda’s, doctrines and teachings of some mere man’s interpretations of the Bible. I cannot think of anything more un-godly, than a victim being blamed because of the actions of their abuser.

I am sorry that the people you rely on to teach you, have nothing more than their own selfish interests at heart. That they don’t give you the tools you need to try and understand what God is telling you. As with every dictator, they are afraid of empowering you with the necessary knowledge, because then you won’t need them anymore and they won’t get their ten percent.

I do not claim to be an expert on God, Christ or the Bible. Nor do I claim to be speaking on behalf of God. I am just a normal person, an imperfect person who sins. A person who was pushed so far away from God because of the self appointed doctrines of imperfect men pretending to be perfect, all-knowing and all-powerful, supposedly in the name of God. I come here to tell you simply what I have discovered in my own journey seeking God and His will. I’ve come here to tell you not to ‘love the sinner and hate the sin’, but to ‘love the sinner and hate your own sin’. I’ve come here to tell you that love should not hurt. Especially the love of God. He will not make you suffer eternally if you don’t go to church. He will not make you suffer eternally if you don’t give your ten percent. And He most certainly will not make you suffer eternally for questioning His Word or the men who claim to represent Him. He will not make you suffer eternally for removing yourself and your children (if you have them) from an abusive marriage or any other abusive relationship.

I’m here to tell you, friends, that God’s love is perfect. That it is not based on retribution for wrong doing. God is your safe place. He is where your comfort lies, when men who claim to represent Him, are making you feel guilty for what God wants from you anyway. God wants your curiosity, your inquisitiveness. Maybe God is represented by proud, unhumble, greedy, cruel men who emotionally and mentally abuse their congregations with their preaches from their pulpits in their big, fancy, shiny churches. Maybe God does want you to stay in an abusive marriage. Maybe God thinks you should ‘love the sinner and hate their sin’ even though you are not sinless yourself. Maybe God does want your cowardly faith based only on a threat of hell. I get u what u meant by false doctrines n different levels (To be candid many of the false doctrines comes from u guys JW, that's a discussion for another day anyways), but u seem not to be following me. No doubt there is a serious problem eating up the Christendom that needs urgent attention 'cos so many are in bondage, bt the point I am making is HOW to set people free that bondage.

The bible says, Then Jesus said to the Jews who believe in Him, if you abide in my word, you are my disciples indeed. And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. John 8:31-32
Many at times we go about it the wrong way, though we have good intentions of getting people free, but the truth remains that we are getting them more trapped. For ur information many of these people in bondages are not saved, so when u are telling them they are in bondage u are not helping them at all bt rather hardening them 'cos they are spiritually blind.

The solution lies in u presenting Christ n His elementary teachings (starting with those little things we all agree with) to them, n emphasizing on personal relationship with Him. When they grow to know the truth themselves they will make the right decision.

Though we do this by the help of the HolySpirit, the bible says if Paul planted n Apollo waters it is the Lord that brings increase, for we have these treasures in earthen vessels so that the excellency of the power will be of God n not man.

I use to think he is a JW, I am so sorry for that wrong assumption.

I am not against him pointing out the errors in the Christendom, but we should all do more to propagate the gospel n not just what is wrong. Its no man's job to be a spiritual police, that is the work of the HolyGhost.

Why it seem I am on Frosbel is 'cos I really want to see threads from him that truly propagates the teachings of Christ for edification, n not always apologetics that rarely edifies.

I sincerely do this 'cos like I said he very influential on this forum, n I love him as a brother.
