Ukutsgp: this is d false doctrine peddles by false prophet like u and others.
you are saying a lot of things like this without scriptural base
Re: Once Saved Always Saved Is A False Doctrine. Beware! by paxonel(m): 2:05am On Sep 20, 2014
Ukutsgp: this is a lie raised to the power of thousands. dnt be deceived, those that die in their sins will perish. d wages of sin is death according to d bible.
.
Romans 6:12-18 - We must not let sin reign
in our bodies.
These were baptized into Christ (v3,4),
set free from sin, and become servants of
righteousness (v18).
They are warned not to let sin reign in
their bodies nor present their members
as instruments of sin (v12,13). The result
of that would be death (v16). This must
be spiritual again, since all die
physically. The wages of sin, even for
those here addressed, is death, in
contrast to eternal life (v23).
Hebrews 6:4-8 - We must avoid falling
away.
This is addressed to those once
enlightened, who tasted the heavenly gift
and the good word of God and were
partakers of the Holy Spirit (v4,5).
We are warned not to fall away (v6). If
they continue in this pattern of life
(implied), they cannot be restored. They
are crucifying Jesus afresh and putting
Him to an open shame (v6). Their
destiny is to be burned like a field of
thorns (v8).

you say those that die in their sin abi? for your information no christian is a sinner, so the issue of christians dying in their sin is totally out
it is unbelivers (non christians) that are sinners, they are the people that will die in their sin if they refuse to join christianity ( believe in Jesus )
we christians have been made righteous through Christ. please don't ridicle the effort of Jesus christ who has cleansed us
Romans 3:7 For if the truth of God hath more abounded through my lie (through my imperfection) unto his glory; why yet am I also judged as a sinner?
i don't know whether you are understanding these scriptures you are quoting.
I told you, those scriptures is only advising us not to commit sin, the issue of salvation or eternal life is out of it ,salvation is a seperate thing entirely away from the advice
OK,just point to me were it is written clearly that if a Christian commit sin he will go to hell fire
Just show me the Scripture, because this one ehh..

the question is are we christians unclean? the answer is NO,
we have been made righteous, we have been cleansed by the blood of Jesus
2 Corinthians 5:21 For he(God) hath made him (Jesus ) to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him
so we have been declared righteous
we have been made fit for the kingdom
we didn't do it for ourselves, it is Christ who did it for us
by the let me ask you, you want to depend on keeping the law abi? mention one person you know that has kept the law sucessfully, just one
James 2:10 For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.
so why are you killing yourself? why don't you just take advantage of the grace that has been made available by Jesus which is the perfect will of God for you?
i tell you if keep believing in that thing you are still holding called your righteousness you are the one holding false doctrine and you are the one going to perish in hell

if a christian commit adultery, fornication for instance that christian will be unclean. for dat person to be made clean again, he has to confess his sins and forsake them. then he will be washed with d blood of Jesus. that is what d bible teaches.

besides, grace should not be used as a cloak to sin. we must forsake sin or we perish. cos sin brings death.

Once saved, always saved" is a tempting
doctrine because it is comforting.
It tells people what they would like to
hear. We would all like to think that,
even if we or our loved ones fall into sin,
they will still receive eternal life.
But it is a false doctrine because it
clearly contradicts Scriptures in nearly
every book of the Bible.
It is also a dangerous doctrine because it
leads people to think they are safe even
if they don't examine their lives, don't
study the Bible, and don't repent of sin.
Furthermore, it leads preachers to not
warn sinners that they need to repent.
I have personally known people who told
me of terrible sins they deliberately and
knowingly committed, justifying
themselves because they believed it
would not affect their salvation. I have
known teachers who justified those very
people saying that they would not have
lost their salvation even when committed
those sins.
Suppose a child is about to cross a busy
street. Shouldn't the parent warn the
child to look carefully for traffic before
they cross the street? People who
advocate "once saved, always saved" are
like a parent who not only does not warn
the child, but worse yet tells him there is
nothing to worry about because he can't
get hit, and if he does get hit, he won't
die!
Why should the child be warned?
Because there is a very real danger. And
the situation is most dangerous if the
child is not on guard. The worst thing
anyone can do to the child is to tell him
there is no danger. Yet that is exactly
what preachers do when they teach
"once saved, always saved." And this has
eternal consequences, because souls are
at stake.
Nevertheless, if the child is careful, he
can cross the street safely despite the
danger. So the best favor anyone can do
for the child is to warn him of the
danger, so he can avoid it. That is
exactly what we do when we preach the
Bible passages that warn Christians to
avoid sin. It is not that we believe
Christians have no security, but we know
people are only secure when they are
aware of the dangers, so they can be on
guard.

Re: Once Saved Always Saved Is A False Doctrine. Beware! by Ukutsgp(m): 7:05am On Sep 20, 2014
Numerous passages are cited which say
we have eternal life: John 10:28; 17:3;
5:24; 3:36; 6:47; 3:16; I John 5:12,13.
Some argue that, if we have it, and if it is
eternal, then we cannot lose it. If we do,
it wasn't eternal.
We have eternal life now only as a promise
or hope.
1 John 2:25 - This is the promise He has
promised us, even life eternal.
James 1:12 - The crown of life which the
Lord promised to those who love Him.
Titus 1:2; 3:7 - The hope of eternal life,
which God promised .
We receive eternal life, in the sense of a
present possession, only after earthly life is
over and then only if we endure faithfully
till life is over.
Luke 18:30 - We receive eternal life "in
the world to come."
Romans 2:5-7 - Eternal life will be given
at the judgment IF we continue patiently
in well doing. [This is the same time that
the wicked will receive eternal
punishment - Matt. 25:46. Does this
happen in this life?]
Revelation 2:10 - Be faithful until death
and receive the crown of life.
In this life, we "have" eternal life in the
sense of a promise or a hope based on
faith. But we actually enter eternal life
at the judgment if and only if we
continue living faithfully till life is over.
This is a conditional promise. We will be
lost if we fail to meet the conditions.

Yes,i. back now.
sorry i was away doing other things
ahaaaah aaha, you are funny o
i now understand your fears
OK, i think this is the clear reason why christians in Africa are not growing because they want to remain children where they will continue to be controlled and God is not happy with that
your fear is that if you tell them that they are saved once they will be happy (by the way who gave you power to deprive people of their happiness, are you kill Joy or satan or something? ),
because they are happy they will be tempted to commit sin (so you want to be the one to control them by your once saved is not always saved doctrine, neglecting what the Bible says in Romans 6:10 For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God.)
if people are tempted and they fall to commit sin it's simply because they lark understanding(an evidence that they have not been thought well, because nigerian pastors are not doing their job) because temptation must surely come, but like adults (not like children who lark understanding ) you were suppose to overcome through your conscience (not by being controlled like a child )
you are controlling them to cross road like children you are not teaching them the right doctrine from the bible, how will they know? how will they grow? (therefore Nigerian christians are mostly controlled by their pastors without the knowlege of the word of God inside them, they are not growing because of what they have been hearing over the years )
they will abandon their conscience and follow your leading, the very day they will not see you to control them again (because you pastors cannot follow your church members everywhere they go to control them ) they will resolved to commit the worst sin you didn't teach them how to avoid and why they should avoid such sin
you see, this is a clear reason why Nigeria remain a corrupt nation, there is poverty everywhere inspite all the churches and mosques everywhere, because nobody is teaching them the truth
everybody want to be pastors so that they can control.
this is why you have this fear, you are not sure of what people are capable of, so you dont want them to be free and happy by knowing the truth from the bible, want to control them by your once saved is not always saved doctrine like animals,
it has always been like that since African tradition. policians will want to control the citizen will not have any say, pastors will control, even when it is bad church members cannot talk
men who are the head of the family will be doing rubbish the wife and children will not have any say
African tradition, na God go resque us
It is no so developed countries, find out. thats why there is development in those countries

this is wrong, this is what they have been using to control us, show me where in the bible that it is this that you have just explained. quote the place out and explain it again let's see if it correspond to what you have just explained

Romans 6:12-13. shall we allow sin to reign in our mortal bodies? the answer is no.

the answer is no.
what if we yield our bodies?

Galatians 5:19-21. shall people who commit those thing enter heaven?
the answer is no
what if a christian commit any of them?

you have not answered my question, i asked you to show me a place in the bible that says if a sinner commit sin he will go to hell fire
all these places you quoted are just advices. they are advising we christians not to commit sin, they didn't say if we comit sin we will go to hell fire
shall we continue in sin so that grace may abound? (abound there means plenty, check your English dictionary )
so that place is saying, shall we continue in sin so that people will say we have plenty grace? (abundant grace ). God forbid
so it is not saying if we commit sin we will go to hell fire
Galatians 5:19-22 didn't ask any such question like what if christians commit those sins it mentioned will they go heaven? please don't change it
as a matter of fact Galatians 5:24 even says And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.
so we have been crucified with Christ, sin or hell fire has no dominion again.over us , not because we are even righteous people, but simply because we believe, making us to have the righteousness of God through Christ
then 5:25 advice us that If we live in the Spirit (because we are already in the spirit, the spirit was given to us freely), let us also walk in the Spirit.(meaning let us avoid sin )
the only place in bible that has been confusing most christians to say if we commit sin we will go to hell fire is
1 Corinthians 6:10 Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.
now the question is are christians drunkards? the answer is No
are christians extortioners? NO
because 6:11 says And such were some of yousadthe people who believed among the people Paul was addressing, because some believed and some did not ) but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.
so we have been cleansed, we are not drunkards by Gods perception therefore we are saved from hell fire ( Because it is God that will judge, not humans.read revelation and know the criteria of Gods judgement, our names are written in that book simply because we believe, not by our works ) but by human perception we drink, we comit sin and we will suffer the consequence of our drinking and sin accordingly here on earth, our salvation will not save us,
faith without works is dead. therefore we should repent from drinking

Ukutsgp: my friend d wages of sin is death. simple question u cannot answer. rather u keep on blabbing. those who confessed their sins and forsake them will find mercy but those who those who commit any of those sins outlined in galatians 5:19-21, and failed to confess and forsake them will be castaway. it even say they shall not inherent the kingdom of heaven. d question u should ask yourself is, cant a christian turn or backslide and begins to steal, commit adultery and go contary to the word of GOD?
ahahahaahaah! na you won cast them away? oya cast them away now make we see
in this heaven that we are living there are bad and good people in lt
oya go cast the bad people way now, you will tell God whether na you create them
ahahaahah ahaha

What shall we say that Abraham our Father hath found? grin
He (Abraham) was not justified by works so that grace could be shown to be grace and the promise of eternal life sure to not only him, but all who have the same faith , believing in Christ, who was crucified for their offences and raised up for their justification (salvation ).

God told Abraham to walk before him snd be blameless. Abraham lived according to the word of God. in obedience and godly reverence.

What was his ground(s) for salvation? Faith? Works? Or a mixture of both?

d point is, can one lost his salvation due to sin and wrong living?

The answer is, no one in Christ can lost his or her salvation. If there's one such as yourself, ask yourself. ..since you came to be in Christ, have you sinned or not. If you have sinned, did you loose your salvation and try to regain it or what? Have you lived wrongly, making a wrong choice? If you have, are you unsaved trying to be save again?

My point is that OSAS is a conclusion after examination of several facts, if you don't see or acknowledge these facts, obviously you don't see the conclusion. My question remains.

sin can make u lost ur salvation. it can also disqualify u from entering heaven. when u sin, u have to confess and forsake that sin to be in right standing with God. just one sin can make u to be lost forever if u fail to amend ur ways.
