And if you check well you will discover that 95% of those Alimosho cars belong to people from the SE. We drive them at home and we also drive in in Lagos causing you endless heartaches.

Subsidy protest is a good example.
What matters to Igbos is availability, not mainly the price.
Most of them are business men. If the petrol price increases, they increase the price of their goods.
The westerners depend too much on govt, that's why they're mostly affected when a govt doesn't favour them.

It's either supply remain as it was or demand dropped. Basic economics.

The scarcity has nothing to do with the price, but supply. Not less than 40% of total fuel consumption in Nigeria is from the SW. A fall in supply when the demand remain high creats scarcity.

there is no fuel scarcity in s/e because of alot of things which include
1 good planning. in anambra where i stay, we buy fuel for 120 per litre if we spend much its 150 thats because we have a well planned distribution system devoid of govt interference.
2. we dont believe in fake "change" promises of apc so we do our things for us by us
3. we have an inbuilt survival panel which Chukwu himself programmed in us
4. we think outa d box just like someone rightly pointed out
5. we run refineries (call them illegal if you wish) which 9ja govt cant run just like someone said.
6. we know how to do biz and we got money so the marketers trust our ability to pay cash promptly
7. because we are from the east and thus wise! ha ha ha
that reminds me, while power supply shortage is reportedly experienced in 9ja, we in the east get am for light! tanx to our EEDC and while radio stathons are reportedly planning shuting down, our own radio biafra is busy expanding its signal strength!
biafra sure pass land of promise

Ibos won't kill me with laughter!
They brag and chestbeat evenwhile they are experiencing problems!
Imagine them ridiculing the Ekiti people who had issues with the hausas while the same thing is happening in Enugu! Atleast, the yoruba fought back but same can't be said for the ibos in Enugu!
Now they have come with another lie that there's no scarcity of fuel in the SE which is untrue yet they kept bragging about it! Sucks to be ibos!

lol. A lot of people still don't that realise that Lagos state is the smallest state in Nigeria,in terms of landmass, although it probably has the largest population.

Let me tell you, if you know the number of illegal refineries here in East you will shock.

That Island inbetween Anambra and Delta is home to hundreds of illegal refineries, I was there in January with speedbaot to see a pal who is running his own DIY refining business.

But the fuel is not always good for vehicle caburators but people use it to power generators.
where do yo find cars with carburators in the East, it is now injectors

There is scarcity in other parts of Nigeria including the SW.
So, why is there scarcity in the NE?
SE has experienced fuel scarcity in the past but not this time. And from what people are saying, the region definitely has an 'non compromised ' supply

I just de entertain myself seeing how much these vainglorious beings love fooling themselves. In their little silly minds, they think the scarcity of fuel does not hit them because they are hard working, industrious, organised bla bla bla bla so much that one would think these guys are living in utopia.. SMH

Well, FYI, fuel is available in the north but with a slight increase in price but the highest you get is 130/liter. You still get it at 87/litre but you ll have to join a not so long que. So please, stop feeling special while your govt continues to rob you.

It is desperation. Folks are genuinely worried. They claim everywhere these days. If a yoruba oil worker is domiciled in ikwerre land, he starts off a handle with the tag "ikwerreboy" and then bleathes to no end against eastern unification here. If it is a yoruba taxi driver domiciled in the land of the Efiks, he will point at the street he is living as his fathers compound, then starts off a nairaland handle to bleath aand bleath and bleath against an imaginery eastern coalition of kingkongs massing at ore for another attempt to invade and dominate. It would have been funny, if it wasn't downright sickening.

Reason is very simple.
We dont depend on government to survive.
We are more concernd about the availability of fuel than the cost of it.
Marketers being fuel to the East because they are assured of their money.

We drive inn, buy and drive out.

Did you see any "Silly Subsidy Protests" in the East?
No, we have more important things to do.

Subsidy removal would have been the best for Nigeria, but the cabal who benefit from it, deceived the gullible.
Nwanne dalu for this your reply, infact 1 bottle of Orijin for you. grin
