This one was started August. So I guess its not up to 4 months. And I am not a supporter of flyovers because of the cost when roundabouts can do the job. Okorocha was pressured to submission into this waste.

Fly over just adds the aesthetics. To me if a state is rich enough to afford it especially in the presence of constant traffic hold-up then they should go for it.
