I know your type and I met them in Owerri. They see no good in all the good developments and most of them are not hardworking. My friends in Owerri took me to their various housing projects and I was proud that Owerri is developing rapidly and the indigenes are doing well. These poor lazy ones keep thinking every new house is owned by Rochas and his family including mine and I don't even know Rochas.

At this rate it'll take Nigeria 25,000 years to reach the infrastructural level of Estonia.

Pensioners and workers have been paid. The issue is parastatals who rejected their pay because of differences with Government policy. Now that private investors have taken over they should face their work as Government will no longer be responsible for their pay but private concession company.
How much money do you get paid to peddle blatant lies

Who in Imo state does not know that pensioners have been repeatedly called out in the sun for accreditation with many losing their lives in the process and yet not receiving a single kobo.

And we clamour for biafra as though it is the panacea for all our problems. The man from anambra taking a mortal swing at the owerri man and the imolite taking a serious dig at anambra state and this is happening all too frequently. No collective or common ownership of everything igbo, good or bad. Pls someone remind me, when last a yoruba from lagos run down ibadan or vice versa? What we need most is a thorough re evaluation of our values, individual and community

I don't believe it.

How can a state of over 30 years just building flyover? grin

Here in Abuja, (23 yrs), we have up to 30 flyovers grin

You're busy complaining of Owerri when a City like ABA has none. And not that it has none, it has no round-about (Rotary intersection) - A whole CITY. South East is totally underdeveloped.

A project he abandoned because another governor started it. Now he want to show case his talent. He should go and pay teachers, civil servants and pensioners.

Fly over is not an advancement, it a city concrete jungle. You do not see fly overs in posh areas of any city.

This news isn't about flyover in any posh part of owerri. the news said : First flyover in owerri CITY.
You can manipulate it, but I care less, you don't know more than the Governor! if flyover is a stone age thingy for YOU, go and demolish it. wink

I stay in owerri in imo state...about 5 minutes away from that bridge, so I can tell u the truth.
Gov. Rochas is a con man. that bridge is substandard and inferior. They are making use of the excavated soil to fill up the fly- over;the soil was not compressed, and the roads are already facing erosion while under construction. No sane individual will cross that fly-over.
what manner of governor starts making the state's first fly-over in his second tenure?

u are a clueless Moro.n.
We are trying to unite as one igbo nation while fighting bad leadership (Rochas) and praising good leadership (Obiano) and u are here busy bashing a sister state, boasting of resources which u never personally contributed to its development. I am very sure u are a student or at best a local hustle who has never paid a kobo of tax. Yet u are here encouraging division among igbo states and also in front of Yoruba and Hausa who hate we igbo enough.

How is Okorocha bad and Obiano good? Can you please expantiate? How many Igbos be it IPOB or MASSOB have been killed in Imo since Okorocha became Governor? Okorocha's only offence is not supporting Jonathan who neglected Igbos completely in infrastructural development.
Both Peter Obi and Obiano foresaw to the death of dozens of Igbos as Governor and Obi in particular was one of those that deceived Igbos into supporting Jonathan. Okorocha is by far the best Governor in Southeast and by the time he completes his 2nd term we will count our hatched eggs.

I agree with you on this. Okorocha was pressurised into embarking on flyover that could have been replaced by cheaper roundabout. The money could have been used for other needs but I have a strong belief your type will stilll find fault if he used it for the Umuna flood control.
You guys cannot be satisfied. If he abandoned it totally due to cost, you will complain, if he took the cheaper option, you will still whine, he tried to finish what his predecessor started you also have something to cry about. Lol

Hopeless jobless ugly poverty-stricken b.astard. Okorocha is a b.astard and should be stoned to death mercilessly by the Igbos because he is a failed clown. Focus on your useless state and its people.
