Let the government part of the awka master be in place, like the flyover being constructed and that mall and see how development is concentrated by Anambrians around them.... That mall will lead to craze for lands around it for more shopping malls and others.

Thats what I wrote. Awka today looks like a typical Igbo self developed semi-urban. Onitsha is more of a city than Awka. It needs a masterplan with mapped out areas for different purposes. I only wrote that because I was in Awka last week expecting to see a city but saw a semi-urban.

I don't hate him bro...I hate what he has become...he abandoned that project for four years, moved around claiming fly overs are ugly and aesthetically backward hence his useless round abouts...this notion was supported by abagworo...who claimed fly overs are not for modern cities....just about two years ago, there was a post by either abagworo or beremx of a video where rochas was standing close to warehouse and Mkn noise about building a fly over there...fast forward to today....the substandard sham he started at warehouse junction has been abandoned for the past year....
