Sani Abacha kept them after stealing from the national treasury. APC said she diverted the loot and her own confessions have confirmed that. Pmb is absolutely wrong to have released the bail out fund without NASS approval but did we have nass as at then, constitutionally he erred but the states desperately needed that money as at then, so he erred to please the masses.

Dude, just because you love and worship the woman, does not make her a saint. Before you get carried away by your emotions and start abusing people, try to always get your fact right.
No one is accusing her of misappropriation of funds. The questions are:
1. As a finance minister can she claim ignorance of how funds under her care was spent?
2. Can she spend money that was not budgeted for, without approval from the National Assembly?

Maybe you should answer this questions for her rather than throw tantrums.

To you what makes it stolen is that it was not approved by the senate despite the documented evidence you can see. Sit down there and be deceiving yourself. At the end of the life of the government you will realise lack of approval and stealing are two different things. Any money well documented cannot be said to have be stolen. Stolen money are not recorded. Even Dasuki cannot be said to have stolen the money in question. He diverted, misappropriated and mismanaged the fund released to him. Many money even under this government despite approvals will still end up being mismanaged. Ask Fashola how he used N78m to build a website. His case in Lagos is not different from what we have with Dasuki, only that he is being shielded by power that be.

Please do not be deceived. I have bn involved in CBN audits before. DT letter was initiated based on a request by d presidency, not a request by the DSS. If d DSS asked for it, where is d request letter from DSS. Iweala was just smart. The woman saw what was going on and made sure she covered her ass by putting everything in writing. DT woman was not corrupt at all & may God forgive all d Nigerians dissing her. NOI does not need Nigeria's money.

Fact is when it comes to withdrawals from d CBN DT are not from customer (deposit money banks, govt agencies) accounts or based on budget expenditure approved by senate committees, the withdrawals are ALWAYS minuted on by d presidency. The head of an agency like the DSS cannot be requesting for money from abachas looted funds.
Everyone needs to just read between d lines and see DT all these things were done by GEJ, not nkonjo iweala.

Senate approved a request from GEJ to borrow $1bn to buy arms to fight Boko Haram on 25th September 2014. By January 2015, why was GEJ improperly approving hundreds of millions of dollars from Abacha loot for additional 'security spending'?

What effort did he make to ensure the initial $1bn we borrowed was used properly and judiciously?

The letter is not the approval of the National Assembly. No appropriation for the money.
