Lol, I took this with my phone sha. The soup was hot and smelling too delicious. Time no de for me to find digital cam lol. And that one na my makeshift akpu. Getting the real thing in California is hard Still yummy so no complaints lol.

That is hardly ogbono at all – more like okro.  You know khaki is not leather. Okro is a wonderful soup but it’s not ogbono. In fact, when the food revolution takes place and I become maximum dictator, anyone who cooks that stuff above and label it ogbono will be sent to a concentration camp!  And anyone who slices onions on ogbono or breaks any of the other conventions laid down in my essay in the previous page will be  made to frog jump for 2km!

You can say that. I like my food. Actually, I developed some complications in my tommy years back and was forced to adopt my Ayuverdic diet. That means I can’t eat most of the stuff you eat. Whenever I break the rule, I know what I am doing and take the consequences. So I have to know the composition, nutritional facts, and mode of preparation of anything I eat.

On rice, maedan says ogbono also works well with it. If you are adventurous you might try that one out, too. 

Can some people vote to make Ogbono lead for once?
