Who's Going Through The Same? by VanBommel(m): 12:42am On Jul 30, 2016
Dear nairalanders, I've noticed for a while now that whenever I take milk or anything that contains milk I begin to experience bowel movement and it makes me frequent the toilet always. Please I want to know, is there a reason for this? because I know I'm still young enough to be taking milk. if I decide to stop taking milk, is there any alternative to milk that I can be taking? Please I need answers, I'm tired of all these...thank you

I think it depends on what you are taking the milk with .... just give full insight to this

same with me. its lactose intolerance. means the body cannot easily digest lactose, a type of natural sugar found in milk and dairy products. i notice its worse wen i take powdered milk so i try to take more of liquid in small quantities. i know there are lactose free milks one can take but ive not just had d time to look into that yet. if u have d time u can also visit a dietician or nutritionist
