This is the kind of mind that draws Nigeria backward. what is valid about Abasanjo's statement? It is spurious relationship to posit that retructuring of the mind comes before political retructuring. The mind only produces what it is being fed with. what is subjective about restructuring? Restructuring presupposes that the political system be structured along economic lines.I.e, the federating unit should be allowed to develop their resources and contribute some quota to the federal govt. Restructuring is likened to practicing true federalism as obtain in United States.

Rubbish why should the states control the resources of the Local Governments,what kind of devolution or restructuring is that?what is good for the goose is good for the gander,Nigeria has the best system of Federalism the people are just to lazy to work and want everything free or subsidized.
