I discovered that many youths have abandoned the churches they were born into to other churches (especially modern churches) and in most cases it happens once they enter high institution. Please, tell us why you prefer your current church to the church your parents dedicated you to?

I was born a Catholic and still in Catholic no time for changing of church

My dad was attending Living Faith when I was born , we where born in the west.
When we moved back to the south we switched church because Living Faith wasn't close to us.
I am a Baptised Catholic now, I think where I later moved to when growing up influenced me been a Catholic.
Times are changing now I am drift towards deism with little or no prayer at times and taking things the way I see it.
I still reverence God and nature in my life.
This is my story.

*The Church I admire now is Jehovah Witnesses I allow them to preach to me on Sunday as though it is my only hope of drifting to God and Jesus.

like you said most young people change their church after entering higher institution and one of the main reason is the way service is being conducted in school churches......all this school churches know how to entice students with things that are important to them, and before you know it they find it difficult to leave........I use to think, before gaining admission that I can't go to any other church aside my home Church,but after a friend invited me to his church in school...... brethren.... my O.T change patapata........and I actually went to that church throughout my stay in school.......

I changed my former church because they were just changing pastors like just too often! and you can tell when a learner is been brought to teach you! that was my feelings thou!

Well.. .sometimes the method of worship, environment, location, class of babe's for the single guys, and then friends

I discovered the better truth that no one have ever revealed to me before from the scriptures.

I can never change from Anglican... It has bin ingrained in my DNA

Many people now go to churches where they are told what they want to hear.

Many prefer to hear that you can just get a breakthrough without lifting a finger. In search of miracle basically.

The old fashioned austere churches are also not interesting anymore. Many young people want to dance azonto, dance shakitibobo , shake bum bum in church too.

Yours truly has never been fussy about denominations. As long as it an old school church.
