The magazine is not even sold. Bro, chill! The hate is not necessary on nairaland. You are free to express your sentiments but since you keep following the updates I am curious, are you naturally inclined to follow lies? You just called us liars yet you keep trailing us for update, how logical is that? Are we mind-controlling you to the point that you need to trail lies? Shouldn't you spend more time staying relevant in your own doctrine or church? What church or religion are you most agreeable with, btw?
u guys never disappoint from ur programmed reply, i expect u to call me an Apostate. The magazine is sold, I stand by that, I have received free copies of rhapsody of realities from Christ embassy members, I have received free copies of Adventist world magazine from SDA members without asking me to donate. That is what it means to distribute a magazine free. Stop asking people to donate before u give them. Mention any lie I said against the organization and I will post a post to support it directly from ur publications. It is not my fault the watchtower cult is dying in the developed world where info is free. My Job is to expose the watchtower mind controlling, phedophile infested, false prophesying American cult and not for u to ask me what church I attend

JW is a cult that has so brainwashed their members.

How can you tell your congregation not to send their children to school.

How do u tell them not to take blood transfusion (my uncle died out ofnthos stupidity and now the family discovered the truth. They left the church and the other members stopped talking and associating with them becaise they have become sinners )

How do u tell them to no worm and make money bit when they work and make that unholy money you tell th to bring it and spend in church.

Read statistics and see the bearish way JW is going globally. Not talking about nigeria. Of coursebrhey will be the last to realise anything.

Haba. My dean of Law, Uniben is a Jwite. Many witnesses are graduates, so where did you get that information?
Please let's be objective in our analysis. I just like them and their ways. No religion is perfect, but at least I see some high form of sincerity and close application of bible truth.
Am an agnostic. If you know what I mean

JW is an occultic gathering, just like the Roman Catholic church, Cherubim and Seraphim, Latter Day Saints, Islam, etc.
From predicting the end of the world to brazenly rewriting the Scriptures to denying the Deity of Christ (John 1:1 in their translation calls Christ 'a god'.) and of the Godhead; to believing in heaven but not hell to disregarding national emblems and symbols, etc. They display the full attributes of a sect. Their translation of the Bible was published by Harper Colins - publishers of the Satanic Bible and other mystical materials.
I've read their books and argued with them over the years. They're just like lawyers.
A good lawyer can twist facts/evidence, convince the court and secure victory for his client. But that doesn't mean his client was right.
Go read about Russels, founder of JW and comprehend.
Re: Five Things You Never Knew About Jehovah's Witnesses. by Gkemz: 3:31pm On Oct 29, 2017
The easiest way to dismiss them is by asking them to pray before sharing their word.
Or you present your copy of evangelism manual to them before you could accept theirs.

A large number Jehovah's witnesses (in person) have this secreted attributes of not letting or bringing to public, most of their beliefs (is it because of the impression majority have on them?). In my own view, I think the impression has nothing to do with the religion but particular persons in the religion (who overreact). Therefore, why blame religion over a person's action?
.
A life experience between a Witness and a guy he met on field ministry.
.

I actually one day noticed a Witness in the field service preaching to a guy. On the long run, he offered the guy a tract and Awake! then the guy also brought a brochure to offer to the witness and said 'if you take mine, I'll take yours.' The witness responded: 'sorry, I am not allowed to collect that from you but you may have mine.' The guy fired back 'why?' The witness responded 'because mine teaches about God's kingdom.' The guy was like 'mine teaches about Satan's kingdom, right?' (...)
.
.
You may be thinking sth, well this attitude by this Witness was unprofessional and ego-centric. The Witnesses are taught in the Theocractic Ministry school, accompanied with the Reasoning From The Scriptures reference booklet to - not only try to let people see their points while preaching, but also -- hear others view. Therefore, what do we call that witness above? Well, unprofessional. Some other things alike too happen, like when they invite you over to the Kingdom Halls and you invite them to a Church Crusade; some will be all rejection. Well, here are things you never knew:
.
1. They do not have their own bible. I get this all the time that their Bible is quite very distinct from others. How true is this? Well, let me surprise you, they only rewrote a modern-word version of still, the original bible manuscripts that every other bible translator wrote from. In the New World Translation of The Holy Scriptures, the name of God, Jehovah, is used more than in other bible translation who replaced it with 'Lord'.
.
2. They believe people will go to heaven. Yes, they do, they believe a small number will make heaven and the righteous rest, inherit the earth, the promised paradise.
.
3. They don't do birthdays and festive periods like Christmas, Halloween, Easter etc. Halloween apart which is somewhat demonic, they believe that the outcome of the people who celebrated birthdays in the Bible took bloodshed (Pharoah's birthday,John the Baptist head). And for Christmas, it's pagan; Jesus was not born on Christmas day, which is true.
.
4. They are not a cult group. Believe me when I tell you this, all their teachings are focused on the Bible. If a Witness made a misuse of the bible, it's imperfection and not because 'he is a Witness, that's what they do'.
.
5. A woman can not lead the flock. Yes, this is driven from the new testament where Paul etc., took on the congregation of God. A man is the head, so it is.
.
Some other things are clapping to praise songs, using their Kingdom melodies, etc. Truth is, before you judge, do some research, some things you judge are actually how it should be.

How can all the guests that attended a function be reporting same thing? I believe every fact I have about them because I have interacted with some of them for years...I don't embellish stories like you to seek attention cos I don't need it...
Meanwhile,...

So you interacted with all the guests that attended the wedding and they all confessed to you that it is true. Wow! You are very good at what you do. Keep at it.

Only your story sounds incoherent, illogical, prejudiced and enormously lacking in substance even to the most gullible mind. You may self-indulge in your pre-meditated libel if it affords you sound sleep at night.

Well wedding food is for those who attended the wedding ceremony, not those who came to eat.
Sexy20:

My friend that attended one JW's wedding which she was invited said she was denied food at the reception . That they were sharing the food only amongs themselves openly and skipping other guests.
Reason? They were told that they were absent in the 'kingdom' (which was the wedding service where she learnt attendance was taken).... and according to her, almost all the non members were absent ....

But why no blood transfusion even if your love one is dying but Jesus said "whatsoever you do to the list of my brother's that you do unto me" so why allow your love one to die that's pure wickedness

Udo!

Do really care to know why jw don't accept blood transfusions?

I'll tell everyone the truth.

but you see, the truth is mosttimes hard to uphold in this evil world. but since its the truth its the truth.

I want to take my time and be detailed in explaining this issue of jw and blood to you guys. but I must tell you that it will take a love for God and a desire to obey him to see the point, something nearly all in this world lack, hence their not seeing the point jw are pointing out from the bible.

the first mention of blood in the bible is in gen 4:10 when Cain killed his brother Abel and God told him: "your brothers blood is crying out to me from the ground." note that Abel's blood on the ground represented his life, which had been brutally cut short, and cried out to God for vengeance.

some time later after the flood God again showed that blood represents life when he told Noah: "every moving animal that is alive you may eat, just as I gave you green vegetation, I give them all to you, only flesh with its life - its blood - you must not eat - Gen 1:29; 9:3, 4

About 800 years after God told Noah not to eat blood(life), he again commanded his people: " if anyone in you midst is hunting and catches a wild animal or a bird that may be eaten, he must pour its blood out and cover it with dust...you must not eat blood." - Lev 17:13, 14

David, a man agreeable to Gods heart grasped the principles behind Gods law on blood. in 2Samuel 22:15-17 on one occasion when he was very thirsty, three of his men forced their way into the enemy camp, drew water from a cistern, and brought it to him. how did David react he said: "should I drink the blood of the men going at the risk of their lives?" he asked. in Davids eyes, the water was, in effect, the lifeblood of his men because they went at the risk of their lives. so despite his thirst, he poured it out to God.

some years after Christ death, the apostles met and decided what parts of the Law given to the Israelites still applied to Christians. God helped them to understand that blood was still precious to him and meant life, so he inspired Paul to write : "keep abstaining from blood."
- Acts 15:19, 20; 28,29

the point is that blood has always been precious to God. reason? he sees it as equivalent to life. this is not only true for the Israelites or first century Christians but is also true for anyone today who is to worship God in the true way.

The reason jw do not accept blood transfusion is because of the sacredness of blood. its the item blood, it is not ours but Gods. he owns life so give it to him. people get to argue that transfusing is not the same as eating so its not bad to transfuse. its not how you take it in, its the item, blood. its just not yours and its sacred so you give it to God the creator.

when you think of what blood really is made up of (DNA and all that) you will not be surprised that it is viewed equivalent to life.
so people have been misusing life - taking many life inside themselves like they own it. God says no, don't do it. it was a death penalty way back in the mosaic law days.

jw want the best medical treatment, but they don't want to offend God.

OP must be a witness himself. The following are also true about this sect:
1.They don't believe in Trinity.
2.You can't marry outside the sect.
3.They don't believe in miracles therefore they practiced voodoo.
4.They are good in drinking alcohol.
5.They don't take blood transfusion.
6.They do not see Christ as the Lord,God.
Read about the fallacies of their leader who predicted severally about the world coming to an end but latter recounted. They are a sect that have twisted the Bible.

Wasn't the bible you read rewritten? Why was it not left in the original hebrew and Aramaic versions. Why do you have King James, Revised Standard etc versions of the bible?

Thanks for this post. But true and mature Christians really need to get some facts right. Since the day of early Christianity, there has been factions (remember some said they were of Paul, some said Apollos). Paul, as a man filled with the Spirit of God admonished against such since our focus is on the Same Lord Jesus as the ONLY begotten son of God. Any Spirit that denies the Lordship of Jesus is not of God. Satan is really out there to cause a lot of confusion. And to the translation issues, I personally do not see any issues.. remember the Spirit revealed unto St. John about warnings regarding those who add or remove to the Word and truth of God..Then there's a need for us to go back to the original translations (from Hebrew and Aramaic).
1. In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth...even the JW people got this right. I don't know y they didn't change it to Jehovah made heaven and Earth..but hopefully it will still be d same in the New World Translation. The word "God" there is from the ORIGINAL Hebrew Elohim..meaning "divine beings, angels, gods,". Its a plural word in Hebrew. That's y we have d constant usage of the word.."Let us create man...." (Note let us). Jehovah God was working in union with Jesus (The Word) and His Spirit.
2. The translators of the original scripts to the KJV felt the name of God was too SACRED and holy to be called, hence it was changed to LORD. (Note the capital letters..anywhere you encounter this , means YWHW- which is YAHWeH or JeHoVaH, depending on Latin or Greek origin).
3. The original also said in John 1:1 .....was the WORD and the WORD was God(Elohim). Thereby Christians, It is never wrong to say Jesus is Elohim. He Constantly referred to his heavenly father (YHWH).
The good news is every name in the "Heavens" and Earth bows at the mention of this name.. Let us, Christians, rejoice in this, remembering that we have been raised higher with him far above. Please get focused on this gift from the heavenlies, and stop being distracted by trivialities. Jesus is coming back soon!!! Are u ready to meet him? Even if it's not in our generation!!!!

Following your analogy, semen also represents life and should not be eaten. A woman recieving semen in her body has more or less 'eaten' the semen which shouldn't be. In other words, JWs should not marry and if they do, should not copulate. In fact, babies shouldn't even be breastfed .
Blood is transfused into blood vessels to be circulated not to be digested.
Blood transfusion is clearly different from blood consumption.
You claim to preserve the sacredness of life while simultaneously forcing people to die avoidable deaths. So ironic.

How does ur explanation say anything of what the bible says? Address wat was explained with scripture based opinion. Ur analogy just made clear what 2 Timothy 4:4 says: "they will turn away from listening to the truth and pay attention to false stories".

Yes, YHWH told Moses and said his name was I AM that I AM ( היה). We don't restrict or limit God as Christians. God proved that by saying He is the God of Jacob, of Abraham. He was proud of those people. Can God say the same about us today. (even after sending His WORD and commanding us to hear Him and obey every of His instructions, so that we may have eternal life). That's my priority as a Christian and the ones I meet, not some arguments.

DIVINEEVIDENCE:

Following your analogy, semen also represents life and should not be eaten. A woman recieving semen in her body has more or less 'eaten' the semen which shouldn't be. In other words, JWs should not marry and if they do, should not copulate. In fact, babies shouldn't even be breastfed .
Blood is transfused into blood vessels to be circulated not to be digested.
Blood transfusion is clearly different from blood consumption.
You claim to preserve the sacredness of life while simultaneously forcing people to die avoidable deaths. So ironic.

you clearly didn't read my writing or you read and didn't get the point. not surprisingly I said it will take a love for God and a desire to obey him to see the point. people make arguments about how blood transfusion is different from eating blood, my point is that those arguments are not valid when you consider how God views blood. he considers blood to be life, no difference Gen 1:29, 9:3, 4. so you got to give life to its owner. you cannot create life and so cannot use it for whatever you want. when you decide to use it, it amounts to sin, hence Gods law to abstain from blood.

@ the highlighted: how wld that serve the tru purpose of being servants or followers of God? Wld u claim to belong to a person or being whose nam u do not know? Did not God tell Moses his name?
Typical JW response. Rhetorical questions to strong arguments. No one minds calling God Yahweh, Jehovah, Elohim, I Am etc. But the way you all get fixated on the name leaves much to be desired, like Muhammedans and their "Peace!" slogan.

Just as ur pops took care of u, loves u, instructed u to walk right and u say u ar ur pops son. How comfy wld u be if u never knew his name? Cld u address dis, without being defensive, pls? Particularly considering 1 Peter 3:15
