I've had this experience. You're awake but you can't move. You're aware but it's like you're being prevented from moving. You're struggling to breathe. These are some of the symptoms of sleep paralysis. There might be other symptoms but this is my experience.

All what you need when in sleep paralysis activity is distraction to fully wake up(there are many technique), if you call on Jesus Christ or Muhammad or Allah or Satan or Santa Claus, you will surely wake because you have distracted yourself from sleep paralysis. If you have sleep paralysis just call on santa claus, it will work!

I remember one time, not quite long ago I started having the experience. At first I was scared, but because I was enlightened, I had the feeling that there must be an explanation so I googled it and behold I came across sleep paralysis. I read all I could about it and ever since then, I have never experienced it again. Mind you, before I used to pray, cast and bind anytime I experienced it before but it never stopped. It was not until the moment I knew what it was that it disappeared.

I have also come to realize that most people who call themselves born again these days live in so much fear. When they see cockroaches, bats or owls, even pussycats they bring out anointing oil and start sprinkling everywhere. I believe if you are born again, you are supposed to be free and fear less because the battle is not yours to be fought. Just try to be righteous, pray and do good.


I am not saying there are no dark forces or demons. They do exist, its not an illussion.

you have a mechanism called REM-atonia.. dis shuts down your muscle movement n prevent ya body from doin wot u dreaming... dis mechanism shuts off wen u waking up....

during sleeping paralysis, dis mechanism failed to shut down while u wer wakin, thereby u wil experience wakefulness and no muscle movement.. but it lasts few seconds befor it rectifies itself.. u can experience multiple sleeping paralysis multiple times a night....

in short, wen ya REM-atonia surpases ya wakefulness, u wil xperience paralysis....

good fellas I can say it a thousand times it cannot be fully explained. it's beyond human level. sleep paralysis or whatever you call it is a child's play compared to this. in fact some people die in their sleep from these attacks.
