People like u naim be the problem nigeria get, if you know know the solution e better to keep quiet. Them advertise 40/1 channels and now na only 33 channels. You know know say na original 419 be dat? For well organised countries u no go fit come advertise say 1 mudu of elubo na N100 then bring measurement wey no reach mudu for N100. If you do am for first time u go refund people and dem fit take am say na mistake, but if you repeat am again na criminal offence.

I don't see what all the hoopla is, they advertised 40 channels and two packages. The full package (which I guess is the 40 channels) at N1800, while a package with fewer channels at N1000. They have 33 channels now and are charging N1000 for them, how are they cheating customers? They've mentioned that when they add all the channels they'll introduce both packages and subscribers can choose which they prefer.

I agree the repeatation and lack of a decent movie channel is annoying but hey, BBC, Aljazeera, Discovery world, ETV and MTV Base at N1000/month without need for a Dish is ok for me. (Advocates of FTA, no be everybody get space for Nilesat dish)

From what i read in here,there's nothing to warrant customer satisfaction.lemme wait and see if they will add Hollywood movie content

der is a big different between markerter,and consumer,,malix,am tellg u,am nt a consumer nor marketer,but a technician, some are enjoying startv,while some cant use it, imagine dat, Nigeria is nt a dumping ground, just imagine someone 100meter to ur house using star tv, while ur second neighbour can nt use it, dat si rubbish,

Im Currently Getting 33 Channels With The Internal Antenna. But I Cant Get Some Channels Like Hotel Channel, Child Smile, Trace Tropical, Vox Africa, Zoom TV, JCTV, AMBOTUERS, FRENCH LOVER. These Channels Is Listed As Currently Available Channels.
Can Some Give Hints On How To Get These Channels. I Live Around Oworonshoki

I can understand your frustration. Star times signals are weak outside city centers and even absent in some areas. Just advise your clients to buy original Binatone antenna. I am a consumer

Dont bother yourself since you have good reception. The channels are contantly updated and reviewed.

Ekonibaje,dnt worry!,service strenght in lagos wil soon increase. But 4now get a good antenna nd enjoy d service. Gsm startd in nig with d mega cities nd later spread 2 rural areas nd thats what is going 2 happnd wit startimes.
