...Mr Revolt.If a child grows up with a very meaningful life with the mother little or no finances,with her moral,Spiritual suppor even with the absence of the father...The mother will constantly enjoy allowances from the child at old age,I mean a child with enormous wealth and generosity...Am sure Otedola mother can't be saying she still lacking anything at her old age..But with all this argument I still believe it's good to prepare well,work harder in our youthful days for an independent old age.

I've never in my life heard a man complain tht the woman left the kids for him to cater for. Even if she's wealthy. Women are built to always expect something from any sacrifice they mke. Little wonder I keep reading the kids will care for me in my old age and the man will be be put in his place...I ask how many of us are caring for our parents these days...the kids will hve their families and all resources channeled tht way. why many men don't and won't pay child support is because of the way women are favoured..

like a man paying child support and a judge will still grant him only 7/12 hours with the kids in a month..

Personally, I can only pay that child support if I've unlimited access to the kids anything other than that.. count me out

1.That the guy is their father and her ex husband?
2. Or the part that he hasnt been providing for his children?
3.Or the fact that he's remarried?
If he's not their father, dna will sort it out
If he's been paying their school fees, hospital fees, feeding money he will definitely have receipts for it, and his bank statements will show transfers.
If he's not remarried, there won't be any photos of a wedding and the new wife's family will deny any marriage.
Provided the man himself is able bodied, there's no excuse not to feed your children o. Even if it means washing cars or doing any sort of menial job. Because youre divorced doesnt mean you should divorce your children too.
Whether still single or remarried, he owes his chidren and the society to care for his children.
If Nigeria had a good social welfare system and you realise 50% of your earnings is taken away as tax to provide for the children of irresponsible parents who don't take care of their children, you will be less tolerant of such men as you are the one indirectly caring for their kids. You also have your kids you're doing all sorts of odd jobs to cater for, and an able bodied man sits down not hustling to do same. You will first of all be angry that you're workng for him indirectly. (This includes women not supporting their children). Its not your concern their marriage didnt work out, they should just not be a burden to the society. So you can imagine how this woman feels.
