please don,t laugh at my enquiry.I got married to my sweet heart last year june.we never went on a honeymoon because she was attending law school at that time while i was working. june this year makes us 1yr as married couples. What do you ladies think is best for me to do for her at our first wedding anniversary? I have just #200,000:00 to spend because my income is low at present. do i buy something for her with the money or take her on vacation?I am not really into ladies stuff.we both reside in port harcourt.I want her to be very happy because she's my world.

It depends on the kind of person she is.
Does she like gifts like material, jewellery, shoes, handbags, etc?
Does she like u guys spending time together?
Would she just prefer the money?
Its vital u know her preference cos u could get her a gift that she won't value.
My husband bought expensive jewellry and shoes for me.
I would have preferred we go somewhere romantic (just the two of us) or he just gave me the money to spend as i wanted.
You could stylishly drop hints and see which one she is more comfortable with.

Better yet, just ask her. I always prefer to know so i can choose wat i like.

Buy her some gifts, I mean a gift that will last long, one that she will she everyday, one that she will cherish no matter how big or small and then take her on a vacation.

After this, I promise she will never forget her first year wedding anniversary.

A romantic candle lit dinner at home and a wrist watch (not necessarily expensive) as a gift, and play along your favorite love songs. smiley

One of my hobbies is EVENT PLANNing, I make decent money doing it. This is what I put together for you poster,

Order a nice bouquet of roses if roses too much then order some African Mums they are cheaper than roses.

Order a bottle of nice wine, white wine are better easy on the stomach and teeth.

Get a chef to prepare a nice three to four course meal in the home.

Decorate the outside table with red table cloth and get two tall white candles

Get two nice wine glasses if you have any and make sure you have a chill bowl filled wiht ice for the wine.

Pick a nice soulful romance ballad to serenade as you guys eat the meal.

Get nice sheet set for bed with some rose or some flower petals make the room look heavenly by putting sheer colored scarf over the lamp shade and scatter candles over the room

MAKE HER A CARD, DO NOT BUY HER A CARD, IT SIMPLE YOU CAN MAKE IT ONLINE OR GO THE KINKO STORE TO HELP YOU CREATE THE CARD AND TYPE A POEM TO INSERT IN THE POEM, ADD A DOT OF YOUR FAVE COLOGNE TO THE CARD,

IF YOU HAVE SOME MONEY LEFTOVER, GET HER A NICE TRINKET THAT REMINDS YOU AND HER OF YOUR WEDDING DAY OR THE DAY YOU MET OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT,

YOU FOLLOWS THESE SUGGESTIONS, IT WILL BETTER THAN A TRIP AROUND THE WORLD,

WE WOMEN ARE NATURALLY ROMANTIC, FROM THE HEART IS THE BEST GIFT FOR A WOMAN

ENJOY!
