Fornication is a form of "adultery" when the person one may engage in pre-marital sex with is not the God-ordained person for him/her.
See that's the beauty of God's Word...
A verse in the Old Testament can further be explained in the New Testament.
He will further specifies exactly what He means..so there's no confusion.

there will always be desire as long as we are still alive.the flesh will always desire sinful things .But when demons is present,it multiply that desire a thousand time's,making it impossible to resist the urge.Thats why majority of born again cry after the act.only to do it again and again.cast out those demos and you will be able to resist the desire and urge

Apostle Paul was not struggling with sin after he became born again, it was before he did. Read that passage very well bro and stop justifying sin
