FT Nigeria 1 - 0 Angola

Poor game from Nigeria if not for the red card they wouldn't have had it better.

Nigeria is the first team to qualify for the semi finals and also secured automatic ticket for the U- 17 World cup

We haven't qualified yet. We need to wait for result of the match between Tanzania and Uganda. Because if Uganda wins, then it's still open.

The Eaglets did the needful. Angolans were rough hence they deserve the red card. Before the red card we wasted many scoring chances and same after, so for me the red card didn't make much difference.
What we need to work on is the finishing and the coaching crew should reduce their insults as well.

Congratulations to us
We are through to the semi finals and the U17 world cup.

Tijjani Samson was a beast in that midfield. He is a midfield maestro for the future.

Our attack is blunt, they are wasteful in front of goal.
Our attackers are indecisive, they shoot where they are suppose to pass.Selfishness is also a bane in this team.

More work need to be done in this team.
Gracias Manu Garba.

They won but it was a terrible game, too many wasted chances and a lot of selfish players

Lol. Replay showed a member of the Eaglets' coaching crew angrily jumping up in the air and doing " Shaygay" or is it "Waka" with his ten fingers at Olusegun when the boy fluffed yet another glorious opportunity to score. I found that very hilarious. cheesy grin grin

Don't mind the goat. CAF carried out MRI scan on the kids. Players from Tanzania, Cameroon and others failed the test. Not one Nigerian player failed the test. unpatroitic goats everywhere.

Lool...I know one of those boys from about 5 years ago in school. He played for our hall and used to score lots of goals. We called him Aguero. Let's assume this guy is actually 19, at worst, are You saying he got admission to the university at 14?

He's a really good player, no doubt, and has even registered a goal in this tournament. But I'm very sure he's no U-17.
