Irrespective of her mental state, it is a violation of her right as human to deprive her the right to have children. She has a mother who is also against the abortion and is willing to assist take care of the child.

The judge is concerned that if the child is taken to a foster care, it may further affect the mental state of the mother, but didn't take into consideration the effect it will have on her to terminate a 22 weeks pregnancy, that's like asking the poor girl to kill her own child, can you begin to imagine the trauma?

I think the judge goofed here. The baby has a right to live and it is not within the capacity of the judge to determine if the baby should die or live. This will only lead to more pressure from NGOs that want to foster the child.

The will of that woman supersedes any opinion of the judge even if she's 1year old.

imagine training a baby for the first few years, only for some group of persons to come claim him/her,
it's better she aborts it now that the motherly love is at the barest minimum, than give the baby out when it's high.

Show me the measuring instrument you used to know that the motherly love is at the barest minimum. Even if it is minimal it is still there because the Judge said "To the woman THE PREGNANCY IS REAL". This means that even with that mental developmental disability she has awareness of her condition and even said she did not want to abort the baby.

Bringing that child into this world will be a crime to the child, he/she might turn out to be a pain on the ass to the society, cuz the mum isn't in her right senses. The only way to go about that child is to move him/her to a foster parents after the baby might have attain the age of 7.

d judge made an erroneous judgement that may leave d lady worse off. First, d pregnancy is 5 months old. That's 2 much risk to take on a persons life. D lady might die. Second, d fact that d lady doesn't want 2 loose d baby will put further mental & psychological pressure & trauma on d lady when she is forced to do an abortion. This will further worsen d mental state & health of d lady considering d fact that she is under d care of specialists. She might even become suicidal eventually.
