I believe there are some things a court can not order a person to do. Committing abortion is one of them. The judgment and the reasons adduced by the judge are totally ridiculous! It shows the judge is strongly pro-abortion and wants to force his/her
views on others whether they like it or not. She could have ordered that the baby upon being delivered be taken care of by the grandmother or by the state or be given up for adoption but she didn't, instead she insisted that the baby be killed before being born! If I were the mother of the mentally disabled woman, I would just ignore the ruling, let's wait and see the person who would come and enforce it!!

I beg to differ. What happens to her right and what right does the judge have over her own right and who's the judge or anyone to decide on taking the life of another ( we are talking about the life of a human here). Don't compare poverty and poverty related issues to this for what was mentioned was that she's mentally disabled not forgetting they mentioned her mum who's very much ok and 100% willing to have the baby and I suppose also ready to take care of the baby. Many children in social welfare are there as a result of poverty ( parents are poor ,not having enough to provide for them) not necessarily issue like this one.

Why will you deny an innocent child the right to life?
Did you ask anybody for chance to allow you to be born?
Did you select your parents who born you?
Same with all unborn babies.
As you were allowed to be born, so too must you allow them to be born.
