Well you can but it shows the person lacks vocabulary . There are some contexts where one can end his sentence with ça. But in most cases unless you specified/named what you are talking about before the person will be lost and it just shows you lack an extensive vocabulary.

You need to remember there are 3 registre de langue( language register ) en français Or in any language:

- langage familier
-langage courant
-langage soutenu .
Ending your sentence with ça is in the second one (langage courant ) but very close to langage familier .
For instance . Favorolasupo est venue avec sa voiture au bureau ce matin, mais avant de venir elle a fait des course avec ça !!

Better version would be to still use voiture au lieu de ça .
