Ajue, odigbo, igba and the likes are former Ondo town farmlands that developed into townships. That's understandable. But Araromi Obu is a typical Ikale land, Ondo people were just allowed as settlers there.

As per Ikale people being land grabbers, that's a lie from the pit of hell. We are too peaceful and accomodating for that.

The fact that Ikale lay claim to being the owner of Odigbo local government is a testament. I don't need to delve into stories but if you know about a small community called Sheba. It is a town along the river after Agbabu. My grand fathers and other settlers from Ese odo were the first to settle in the community as far back as 1920s. In fact, the succession of rulership in the community is only traceable to my family and it was under odigbo local government. Suddenly, Ikale people from Ode Aye came and started laying claim to it.

Your claim on Araromi Obu now make me understand the source of the lingering dispute in the area. Do you know that Araromi Obu is know an indeginous community and those claiming it has no where else to turn to. That they are neighbours to Ikale community does not make the land Ikales

Then, stop attaching Okeigbo to Ekinmogun. Ondo town has Ekinmogun day, Ile Oluji has never joined them. They have so many times dissociated themselves from Ekinmogun whatever. THEY HAVE THEIR ILE LUJI DAY to show you they don't for any reason want to be linked to them.

most of those houses, brown rustic roofs are way older than Nigeria independence and Yoruba did not experience any war unlike the Eastern region where bomb destroyed most places and the buildings you see are not up to 40years. Using Ibadan as an example most brown roof building are way more than 100 years, and the landmass of only the Capital Ibadan is almost the same size of the whole Anambra state. Also instead of destroying those buildings some Yorubas will just choose to abandon it or perhaps leave it to the head of the family because most are family house so a typical Yoruba person will just get another Land and build a modern house.
